Nelson Mandela was an African American peace activist. He wanted peace in Africa. Throughout his life he became president and made peace between black and white. He did not like prison but he understood why it was there. He was sent to prison and then he got out. He died in 2013. He also got a Nobel Peace Prize.
MLK was an African American man who changed America. He gained rights for the blacks. He is the most popular out of the three. He did the famous "I have a dream" speech. He influenced many Americans. One fateful day he was assassinated. He changed America forever.
Gandhi was a man who fought for peace. The only difference between him and others is that he and his followers did not use violence once. Him and his followers went on peaceful protests and changed lives. He wanted independence from Great Britain. Instead of buying food and clothes he would make his own. He was a very good man. After he was doing good he was assassinated.
