Pinterest is full of DIY ideas. If I ever need inspiration for decorating my house or what to make for dinner, I go to Pinterest to get those creative juices flowing. This website is a good resource for outfit ideas, recipes, craft projects and more.
With God there are no little people. In the eyes of the Lord, no one is overlooked or unseen. We, in our servanthood to Him, are encouraged to see our neighbors, peers, communities, etc. in the same light. Philosopher-theologian Frances Schaeffer encourages Christians to find purpose and strength in every facet of their lives.
This meme represents two things 1) my favorite saying. I can usually be caught saying "Why are you the way that you are?" or "Why are you like this?" on a daily basis. It is just something I say when I think people are being hilariously ridiculous. 2) The Office is one of my favorite shows. It is the kind of show that you can watch over and over again and never get tired of it.
I included this vine video because if I ever need a good laugh this small clip can usually get the job done. I love watching families be themselves, even in public. In this particular video, a father took his horse play a little too far and paid the costs with a tortilla to his face.
Cody Johnson reminds me of home. He would always come to my hometown and perform at our rodeo. When a song of his plays many of my teenage memories come to mind. Even still, his music continues to be the soundtrack to many road trips and late-night hangouts.
John Jay & Rich is a live radio show, but I usually listen to their podcasts. The co-hosts John Jay and Rich simply share their lives with their listeners. Topics include world news, pop culture, and personal narratives. Their show typically helps with long road trips because they keep me laughing.
I LOVE Amazon! I never really used Amazon until I came to college. It is a true life saver. They have EVERYTHING! Clothes, shoes, groceries, furniture, textbooks, everything! I do not have a car so this online shopping website makes getting the things I need a lot more accessible.
Chi Alpha is a national student ministry on hundreds of universities in the US. Chi Alpha gives students the opportunity to join a small group of girls/guys to build community and grow in their faith at the most pivotal time of their lives. I have been a part of this ministry since my freshman year. This website gives access to articles, podcasts, and videos from our services or from people who have strongly influenced our ministry.
