Probably the brand I rep the most is Under Armour. Recently I have purchased a lot more clothes by Under Armour. The quality in their clothing and even the shoes is one of the parts of the brand I am a big fan of. Wearing this brand is part of my identity now.
The Corvette has to be my favorite car ever. Since I was a kid this has been my dream car. Every time I'm driving around and I see a Corvette I was point it out. My family is kind of bugged by this habit because I will start rambling about the car after seeing one. Aesthetically this car is very appealing and if I ever had one I would probably get it in a purple color.
If you haven't noticed by now, Music is one of the biggest parts of my life. My favorite artist at the moment has to be Lil Uzi Vert. His voice is something that makes his music enjoyable to me. He uses auto tune but still makes it work a lot like another one of my favorite artists, Speaker Knockerz. The song that brought me to Uzi is probably his biggest song titled XO Tour Llif3. Last year this song blew up and I joined the party a little bit late but when heard this song I instantly got into Uzi's music. Recently he dropped a new album called Luv is Rage 2 and so far I am enjoying this album alot.
My plans for the future is to go into law school and becoming a lawyer. This is something I have been wanting to do since I was a kid. I always wanted to bring justice into the world. I wanted to people doing wrong to serve the consequences for their actions and help out innocent people in tough situations.
For years my favorite team has been The Miami Heat and I was heartbroken when I saw that Lebron was switching over to The Cavaliers. When I played basketball Lebron was one of my biggest inspirations. I even played basketball in his shoes.
To many people this is the generation of technology and this is significant in my life. When i was only eight I had Facebook. But now the social media services I use the most are, Snapchat, and Instagram. I spend numerous hours of my day on social media snapchatting my friends or liking pictures on Instagram.
My favorite movie of all time has to be The Lion King. Since I was a kid this has been my favorite movie. Lions are my favorite animals and my name even means lion so that a coincidence. This movie does a good job in some scenes by putting the audience in the characters perspective. In one scene Mufasa is killed by his brother Scar and we see the fear in Mufasa's eyes of his life about to be taken away in seconds. Afterwards Simba, Mufasa's son finds Mufasa and we see the agony in him while he is staring at his dead father. He says over and over "dad wake up". But he cant wake up. In my life I have lost someone who was almost as important to me as my dad so I can relate to this feeling of sadness and losing someone.
League of Legends. This is the game I have spent countless hours on over the last 5 years. I started this game because of my friends. The gameplay consists of two teams that have a common goal of destroying the other teams base. however this isnt easy. You will have to fight through mosters as well as other players to even get near their base. To alot of people this game may not be very fun. But to me it is thrilling. Each game is different. You never know who will be on your team and their skill level. And not knowing this can either be a good thing or a bad thing. League of Legends is a game that has changed my life as a kid I had never even come close to playing a game as much as I have like with League. Honestly I could still play it for more years to come and it would be a fun time.
One of my passions is to build gaming computers. This started around 5 years ago when I helped my dad make his computer. Two years later I accumulated $1500 and built my computer. Since then this has been like an addiction. New parts constantly are coming out and just doing hands on stuff is very enjoyable to me.
Since the tremble of my basketball career I found a new past time. I now make beats for music and am a producer. My inspiration for this path was another producer who goes by Metro Boomin. You may recognize him for his iconic line at the beginning of almost every rap song that has come out in the last 3 or more years. "If young Metro don't trust you imma shoot you." He inspired me because as a kid he used to have a laptop with a program to make beats on it called fruity loops. He got addicted to making them and would sometimes make 10 a day and just send them out to anyone and everyone. Going from big companies to just kids at his high school. and eventually his talent was noticed and now he is one of the biggest producers out there. This is something that I do now ill make some beats and send them around just hoping for the best.
Last summer I worked at Mary Browns. This is essentially like KFC but in my opinion it is better. I chose to work here because I knew the owner of the store so I asked him for a job and he happily took me in and my training began the next day. I had passed the test which basically let me know if I was fast enough for the actual job and I worked here for the rest of summer but eventually quit. I had quit because I was fed up with the owner and my manager. I was constantly getting scolded although I was doing more work than everyone else. While I was cooking, cleaning, and running the register The owners son who only runs the register and does nothing else would leave the store every 5 minutes for a smoke break while I was working my ass off and getting scolded for basically running the restaurant. I threw my hat down one day in rage stopped cooking and walked out of that store and didn't return.
My favorite book of all time has to be The Red Pyramid. Growing up reading was not my favorite thing ever and I would almost never read even now I don't get much enjoyment out of reading. The Red Pyramid however was a book that I could not stop reading. I was flipping pages faster and faster and my reading skills where slowly getting better and better. without giving any spoilers this book is about two children who find out their father has a hidden and unusual job revolving around old and ancient areas and objects. If you are into more fantasy type books that still have a factor of realism to them you will thoroughly enjoy this novel.
I played competitive basketball for 3 years for southeast. Basketball always has and will be my passion forever. There was one incident that made me quit however. Nearing the end of the season I had to quit. This was not a personal choice but I had to quit due to injury. In one game i was near right beside the bottom row of bleachers which where vacant. One of my teamates had passed the ball and while it was in the air I was running for where it would land to catch it but the team we where against is known for being aggressive. And they were. I was kocked down onto the bleacher by two guys we were against and landed right on my left shoulder. I hit the solid concrete bleacher so fast it felt like someone had dropped 1000 pounds on it. After this moment I had blacked out. When I woke up I was in the hospital. And my shoulder had been completely torn up and was broken. As a result of this My shoulder tends to lock up and is hard to move all the way up and i cant hold up much weight on my left arm.
Migos is one of my favorite rap groups. There genre of rap is trap music which to some people is not very appealing as the language is strong and the lyrics are not the strongest part of the song. Migos is one of the groups which appeals to most people however. I started listening to them when their song "Versace" dropped this song blew up after drake remixed it and Migos became huge. Although not many people listen to trap I love is because it gets me hyped. Working out has become a bigger part of my life and listenign to something that will pump you is great to listen to as I will put in more work. And my taste in music is making me better and more active.
