ADHD and Friendships

Often times, ADHD can make maintaining established friendships and forming new friendships difficult. Maintaining and forming friendships call for skills that are usually impaired by the mental disorder. A good tip for individuals with ADHD is to use a calendar to record events and schedule times to talk to and see new or old friends.
