I literally sleep every second I get the chance to. I've been invited to dinners and family parties, I'll go, but I warn everyone that there is always a chance of me either leaving early, or falling asleep on their couch. I guess it's pretty normal though. Teens need 8-10 hours of sleep, and I think I get the full 10 usually.
I have a slight addiction to journals, planners, or just paper and pens in general. It annoys my mom so much. If you were to ever go into my room, you would see a shelf of journals, and a tub of notebooks. Also, I own so many colored pencils and pens, I think I have a problem.
Buffalo, Missouri, Is my home town. I moved to Springfield in 2016. Buffalo has been a part of my past and my present. My friend and I used to walk the streets at midnight all the way across town to another friends house, just to talk for 5 minutes and go back. (I didn't sneak out to do so...) Although Buffalo is a smallish town, it sure is full of nice places and people.
So, I love math and science, but I also like mysteries. I would like to be either part of the BAU in the FBI, or part of a team of forensic scientists some day. It might take a bit of schooling, but I would like to help solve the mysteries of the deceased.
Music is pretty much my life. If there weren't any bands that cared about their fans, the music would be catchy, but meaningless. I listen to music on the daily basis. It's an addiction, I promise you. Music comes in many varieties, but I think I'm more of a punk/rock/alternative fan.
Is it weird to have a favorite surgeon/doctor? Well if it is don't blame me. Dr. Onnen is a pediatric orthopedic doctor/surgeon at Mercy. He was and still is my favorite doctor. He preformed 3 procedures in one surgery, which he hadn't done before, on my right leg. The surgery went just fine. He drew an animated picture of himself on my leg as his signature for the procedure. He is also very humorous.
I enjoy math, don't look too far into it. I have been to SBU in Bolivar 7 times to participate in math contests. I have placed in 2. I was in 4th grade when I attended my first time, and 7th when I attended for the last time. I got best in class for my last attendance, and 10th place in 5th grade.
My mom's dad, stepmom, and my dad, have all influenced my love of woodworking. The idea of having a finished piece, made by you, just gives you a rush of excitement. I've only made a few minor things, however I used to work with my grandma and grandpa with their wood projects. My dad's working on starting his own business with woodworking. He's saving for a laser tool to engrave pictures or words on leather, glass, wood, and even more materials.
I've always had a love for horror movies, and television shows. I used to stay up just late enough, in my room to watch Supernatural. I was 4 years old when the first episode aired. To say I was obsessed by season 3 would be an understatement. Supernatural was the blossom to my love of horror films and shows.
I've always enjoyed the taste of traditional, home made, Mexican food. My dad's mom is 1/2 Mexican, and has learned different ways to make different foods. I'm the professional taste tester in the kitchen with her. I think her traditional Mexican dishes are the best. She adds just the right amount of spice and sweetness to everything she makes.
