I am currently fourteen years old. In those fourteen years I have lived in five states and seven houses. In order, Idaho, Utah, Arkansas, Montana, and now Colorado. I have lived here for about a month over two years. My favorite place out of the places we have lived would have to be Bentonville, Arkansas. We lived there for three years and it was just the perfect mix between northern and southern culture to me. However, I have loved several things about all the places we have lived.
I love to build and design. I like seeing how things can work together to make something beautiful or just flat out cool. I one day hope to travel to Europe to see all of the crazy unique buildings that, unlike today, were extraordinarily built by hand down to the the smallest detail.
I LOVE legos! Specifically the Technic brand. I love complicated sets that take hours and are amazing once finished.
My older sister's name is Madeline. She is my best friend and is always there for me. She is amazing! She is currently attending college at BYU in Utah, however she will be switching to the University of Utah for their nursing program. She is the most caring, selfless person I know. And I could not imagine life without her!
I love to go to the movies, or just to watch them at home. I love movie theater popcorn! I am looking forward to the movie "Wonder" that is coming out and is based on my favorite book.
I LOVE sloths! They are hilarious! My thinking would be you could have one and leave it on vacation for two weeks and it would move a total of sixteen inches, if that. Plus if it were to claw at you, you could move out of the way first, same thing if the front door was left open, you could beat it to the door before it could run away. Plus they really like to give hugs.
Music is a huge part of me. I can't go without it. I play the trumpet and I'm going on my fifth year playing. I am self-teaching how to play piano as well. And I love to listen to music for just about any reason!
I LOVE the beach! I have been twice to the Hawaiian island of Kauai. I loved it! On that island there are still mountains to hike but you're still on the beach. I hoped to live on the beach one day. And learning how to surf is definitely on my bucket list!
I LOVE to hike and mountain bike! I hike a lot with my family and mountain bike solo. We go to Deer Creek Canyon, and Roxbourogh state park for the majority of our hikes. I typically mountain bike starting at Grigs park, near Daniels park, and bike down about sixteen miles back to my house. I LOVE being outside!
I used to play soccer. I played form kindergarten up until seventh grade. But I lost interest so I tried lacrosse. And I love it! I play goalie currently and plan to stick with that position through high school. I will be playing for Thunder Ridge in the spring.
I love to read. I am currently reading books by Brain Green that are nonfiction and elaborate into the cosmos. I loved the "Legend" trilogy. But my all time favorite book is "Wonder". They are coming out with the movie in a few months! I also enjoyed the sub chapters that the author released later. They were all so good!
I love my family! My parents, Mike and Kelly, are so good to me. I have an older brother, and an older sister. My brother Garrett has recently moved out to go run in college for Colorado Mesa. He is eighteen. My sister is almost through with her sophomore year of college, she is almost twenty one. We are crazy, but a good crazy.
I am extremely driven with hopes of attending the United States Military Academy, also known as West Point. There I hope to major in either mechanical engineering, architecture, or criminology. This is probably the largest of my goals, and the goal I want to achieve the most.
I am currently in Civil Air Patrol. Civil Air Patrol is the United States Air Force Auxiliary. We focus on physical training, aerospace, leadership, drill, emergency services, and cyber patriot. I attended a CAP encampment this summer at the Air Force Academy for eight days where they imitated basic training. It was an insanely cool experience. We have ranks that you earn by taking leadership, drill, and aerospace tests. I hope to reach the highest rank by June of 2019.
