The New York Times wrote a story about Donald Trump that he claims isn't true. He says he is going to shut the Times down and that the paper is dead. He said he is going to sue them and shut them down. Many argue that this is a violation of the 1st amendment. They have the freedom of speech and press. Whats your view? Can he bend the laws like this? Is he bluffing?
Many believe that the 14th amendment means that if you are born in the US that you are automatically a citizen. Other say that if you have foreign parents then you don't have the right to be a US citizen. This is a big argument now in America.
