Paperback, 305 pages Published September 22nd 2009 by Speak Paper towns is a good story about realizing who you are and that you cant control the actions of other people. It is a love story and comedy rolled into one goof story. I chose this book because it is a good story with a message that isnt really talked about or showed. I liked that the charectors developed more as you read and your opinions on them changed so much.

Kindle Edition Published March 25th 2016 by dtv This book is divided into four short stories explaining how spirals are everywhere. It starts with the first writings on walls and ending with spirals found in space travel. The book is really confusing at first, but when you get to the end it all makes sense. This book made my list because I actually had to work to understand some of the things that I read. I liked that I used critical thinking and by the end, everything had come together. This is probably the best written book I have read, and that's why it made my list.
