The speaker of the house Paul Ryan once the house and their staff to learn about sexual harassment and take classes about it. It all started when a Republican senator from Wisconsin complained about it saying it’s going to far and they need to do something about it. I also think that this is a good idea to think about because this should never happen to anyone. There is some bias because it’s from FOXNews which supports Trump but I think they do it good job trying not to be all that bias. This follows the first step because an outside source brings it up. But the outside source is a senator so I’m not exactly sure if it follows it. But I think out of all the steps this makes the most sense.
It talks about when it was made and the power that they have. It talks about how they make the laws. It mentions different countries that have something like this and how it works for them. They do something same things that we do but other things we do differently than them. I’m not really sure which step is because it talks about what it does and how was created. So it compares different countries to it.
It talks about who are members of the legislative branch and also who can vote. It talks about who is in it, it’s the House of Representatives and the senate. To be part of a you have to be 25 years or older, every two years there is a vote. I didn’t find any bias of belt this article because it just states what it does. I would say this article talks about number five in the process because it talks about how the bills are created. So it doesn’t completely talk about it but the main focus point is about number 5
This article talks about how in 2013 there was a shut down because of budget cuts. It talks about how the house of representative decided the bill. This way the government workers were able to come back to work. It also talks about how some of the workers were happy because they got paid less then they usually did. It says that Obama thought about budget cuts and some speeches but the legislative branch wasn’t sure about it. There was a little biased in it but I thought you did a good job on both sides. The process that this article follows would be step six because it talks about congress passing the deal. But at the very beginning the government was on strike. So at the end it followed rule six.
