CHESTERTON MINUTE: Episode 1 | Fashions
Our start of the 2018-19 academic year is just around the corner! It's an exciting time to welcome new students and families, greet students from our Italian sister school, and celebrate Mass with Archbishop Hebda. Click to see all of the upcoming events for the first weeks of school: New Parent and Student Orientations, Parent Welcome Back Night, and more.
No experience or equipment necessary! CA bowling practices are on Mondays and Tuesdays at the Eden Prairie Bolero on Singletree Lane from 4 - 5:30PM, beginning on Monday, August 27th. The season ends with a final tournament in mid-November. Mr. Glenn Bratt, the bowling parent contact, arranges carpools as needed for students from the school to practices and other competitions. Find him at the Parent Welcome Back Night on August 23 or call him at (612) 483-7556 to answer questions.
Come and meet our new Director of Athletics, learn about how the parent community is needed for action, and the status of each sport for this upcoming academic year on Thursday, August 23 at 6:00PM in the Chapel before the Parent Welcome Back Night at 7:00PM in the Sanctuary.
All Chesterton Academy families are invited to join us for our potluck Back to School Picnic. We will celebrate the new school year and welcome students from our Italian sister school, Scuola Chesterton.
Friendly Exchange is looking for families to host Guatemalan exchange students this fall. Chesterton Academy families have hosted several students through this program in the past, and it has been a great blessing to them all! Please prayerfully consider hosting a student. The student lives with a family for 11 weeks before returning home to Guatemala.
