As you can see congress does have thepower to shu5 down whatever Trump wants. The main concern in this article is Trumps new tariff that he put on steel and aluminum. They aren’t sure how this is going to work. They don’t agree with everything like how it benefits some people but not others or other known as free trade. This article just says how congress has the power to shut down what the president says so in other means the president can’t do whatever they want there will always be a limit.
In this article it talks about how if the congress don’t pass the bill the government will shut down. They need 1.3 trillion dollars to get the bill passed. If it does pass then it will be good till September. It then mentions both sides the republican and Democrat side and how they think this plan will do and benefit. This article kinda all of the parts in government are affected because if the government shuts down they won’t be able to work. So it’s a win win win if it gets passed and if it doesn’t nobody wins.
this Article talks about the spending bill. Trump said that there’s is a lack of money going into building the wall. Since the House and the senate didn’t work today there was a discussion over Twitter to figure out what was going on, and what they should do. It wasn’t bias because both republicans and democrats were able to speak. This article is about the president making decision an the senate. This topic is talked about a lot just like my other article who knows when it will be finish talking about it.
As you can see from the title of the article it is about immigration. This topic Trump likes to talk about a lot. He mentions that he will veto the immigration law if it doesn’t meet his “framework”. The republicans say that they support American workers first while the democrats don’t completely agree with that. I would say this shows that the president does have power but in this case the legislative branch is shutting trump down for know. I do believe that maybe trump will get his way on this topic but just not right now. Who knows what will happen.
