Another image I don't think there is much description required for this dozens and more are killed every month because of their faith. I choose to not include some of the more graphic images for obvious reasons but I will tell you can find after just a quick search including, children killed children burned alive as a crowd watches, people slaughtered in ruined churches, decapitated corpses, and small girls being kidnapped or married to older men, and many more monstrosities. and yet I hear a lot more about Muslims not being able to enter the country. now I do not mean to say all Muslims are terrorists THEY ARE NOT but I think there should more of a realization of this topic.
Back in the early days of the church (after Jesus was killed) it was considered to be the highest honor to accept the crucifixion when you were martyred. Today it is still happening the vast majority of the killers being members of ISIS or Muslim extremists. and yet western government has done virtually nothing to stop it. This man was convicted of being a christian or worshiping Jesus not Allah and that is what he did to deserve this. It needs to end
The author started out by stating he had earlier written a article about Muslim oppression by the christian church in the Unites States. But than goes to say that Muslim oppression in the U.S. does not hold a candle to Christian oppression in the middle east. The fact that Christians face extinction in their place of origin. He than talks of different attacks and the christian population change in Iraq, in 1990 at 1.2 million and that in 2003 to 500,000 and then in 2013 fewer than 200,00. the attacks include the one in Alexandria in which a church was bombed and 20 were killed leaving 70 others injured. this is just one of many.
The most persecuted and victimized people in the world today are Christians in the Middle East. The perpetrators of the widespread destruction of that region. Raymond Ibrahim author of Al-Qaeda Reader talks about the conditions of Christians living in the middle east. He also explains why there is a lack of media coverage
Islamic extremism now has a rival, according to 2017 World Watch List. This article talks about the geography of the persecution, and where it has become worse such as Mali where it was considered the 44th worse place to live as christian and has since jumped to 32nd in 2017. Another country where its hard to be a christian is India becoming 15th with 40 plus reported incidents a MONTH. With the use of graphs and good explanations of what is happening this article is an eye opener.
This articular discusses how it is worse than ever to be a christian in the middle east as many of there are pro-Muslim and anti christian. It also criticizes western government for not doing enough to stop it. It seems odd how little we hear about it considering how much is going on.
