Just me. There's not much to say here, so on to the next picture!
This is a piece of writing from about half a year ago. I still like this part from a story I was writing because I think I did well in describing what was happening in the scene.
When I read this book for the first time, I loved it! The storyline was one I enjoyed following, and the ending was pretty emotional for me - which is rare for a book or movie. I've re-read this a few times, as well as some of the author's other books!
This was the first big theatre production I'd acted in, in the year before I had helped backstage. Even though I had a smaller part than some people, I loved learning and becoming the character, interacting with other people- or, in this case, animals!
Lindsey Stirling is such a talented violinist (and dancer, and singer!) that I've loved listening and watching for years. This song in particular is one that I love. Even though there are no lyrics, it tells a story that you and others can interpret. In my opinion, it's of a person who finally rises up and receives the good things they deserve, not giving up even when other people put them down.
Aisha is someone I met online, and she released her first album relatively recently. There's not a specific song that I like the most- they all have different messages, some being very important and very true in life today. "Enough is Enough" and "Pretty", in my opinion, are two of the most relatable songs in the album.
I've always enjoyed drawing on paper and on a tablet. I wasn't expecting to make this video, but when I heard of MakerJam, I wanted to create something! For this year, the theme was ILLUMINATE. Eventually, I came up with the idea that eventually became the video I submitted. We only had three days to work on it, but I'm proud of what I made.
When I started drawing digitally, I also started doing photoediting. I eventually came upon the app that I primarily use now- Pixlr. I'm also into calligraphy and typography, so using the app to edit images and add text over it was amazing!
