In this situation animals are dying because of pollution. Plastic waste from soda cans are being caught on the necks of animals and killing them. The people at stake is less people, and more of the animals in our world. Turtles, Fish, etc. The animals would most likely want to not be confused from the difference between a jellyfish and a plastic bag. People don't think about their littering and the things they are leaving on our land and in our oceans. The animals are should try to "win" this conflict so that they can live, and humans should stop polluting and littering to help these animals stay alive. The stakeholders are animals and cannot talk for themselves but there are people who can talk clearly and honestly for them and raise awareness to stop polluting and littering. The best option to resolve this conflict would be to inform people that they should throw their trash away and not on the ground or in the sea. They should be aware that what they're doing is killing animals and that they should stop.
