We are excited to introduce a new initiative - BullD.O.G.S! BullD.O.G.S. are fathers, grandfathers, uncles, and any other father figures who are interested in serving as positive role models by volunteering at least 90 minutes of their time per year. Please join us for pizza on Monday, October 23rd, to learn more about how you can become a part of the BullD.O.G.S. team!
It is inevitable that our children will seek to create social media accounts, interact with people online, share information, and post day to day activities and thoughts for the world to see. The number of apps, sites, and games presented to them are too numerous to list. For parents, understanding the ins and outs of social media and related sites and apps can be a daunting and never-ending task. This article presents some ideas and suggestions to work towards being a more informed digital parent.
