like what Lorelai said, "I believe I am coffee in another life!" I love the smell of coffee! coffee gives me life! it keeps me awake when I'm studying all 4 courses, working 2 jobs, hanging out with different faces everyday, spending time with my mom and doing all the responsibilities! yes, I drink coffee like its water! okay!
fall! is when I fall in love! first day of fall is my valentines day! whenever it is. I like how cozy and comfortable in gets. I like the chilly weather and how everything smells like coffee or its just me. Candles and books and blankets, I can't really talk about this enough. I LOVE FALL.
Showers! I love showers! I take showers everyday! twice or thrice on summer! I like to smell good! I use this orange-y shower gel and it smells really really good and I love it. I actually want to take a shower now while I'm writing this so if that isn't enough to let everyone know how I love to take showers then I don't know what could. So yes! please take a shower cause.. I would most likely give you a fake smile if you didn't do it in 2 days.
Its big, it sounds peaceful, it calms my nerves, it gives me more that a peace of mind and I can really think everything through when I'm playing my piano. I don't see at as an instrument, I see it as a companion ans this is getting really cheesy so i'll stop but yes, piano is good!
I am an SDA, I haven't really studied or I know only a few things about my religion but it is really important to me and my family. I grew up singing in choirs, being surrounded by pianos and violins, praising God and learning all about Him. Like others, I also went through a phase where I doubted my faith but I know it will always be a part of who I am! :) and wherever I go, I know that I could always pray and ask for guidance just to do good things and this is important because its not something that could be stolen or taken away, its not something you can buy from a store and it is a lifetime thing that makes me strong and my faith will always be there no matter what.
Everyone has a best friend. And every best friend has a best quality. I can't really find a good photo of us cause we're both ugly! but I love her so much! Lei has been my best friend since we were still a few months old. Our mom's were best of friends as well and we lived close to each other too! she's still in the Philippines at the moment but we manage to talk every single day.
Obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) is a mental disorder in which people have unwanted and repeated thoughts, feelings, ideas, sensations (obsessions), and behaviors that drive them to do something over and over (compulsions). It started when I was 11, I left the ricecooker on and my dad was so mad.. since then I checked EVERYTHING TWICE before leaving, like if I plugged out my curling iron, if I turned off the stove, if I locked my room, if I left anything in my bathroom that shouldn't be seen! it starts from the little things like that but now, growing up, i'd even make sure not even a single grain of rice will be left in a plate before putting it inside the dishwasher. I don't know if its a good thing but I eat clean! doesn't matter if its melted ice cream, crab, shrimp.. I eat clean and there shall be no left evidence that I live in my house.
I was 5 or 6 years old when my mom lost my soon-to-be brother, they decided to focus on work and it was even harder when my mom went to singgapore and my dad has to work in Manila, I stayed at a boarding school and being separated from my family made me learn a lot of things for myself. Even then, they managed to give me high expectations when it comes to my studies. They always wanted me to be a doctor and now I'm in the process of fulfilling their dreams! being an only child means who have to make a lot of sacrifices. When your parents are too tired working and you're the only one left to do the dishes and clean the house, when you need extra hours of work to help them pay our bills and do all of this while having an extra time for studying, going out with friends and SLEEPING! yep it is a challenge! but being in a family of three means you gotta work together to live a good life and be successful one day.
Growing up in Asia, I've tried a lot of asian dishes, but my most favourite is Korean cuisines. I just like how they can make me eat vegetables and really enjoy it! I always go to whyte ave to eat with my friends or my parents! up next is my favorite Korean dessert!
Yes! so I didn't mean to make this a shopping blog or anything but I really do love dressing up all the time. My style depends on my mood and sometimes I just really want to make something (like a piece of clothing) look good even though I just grabbed it from my mom's closet!
THIS IS MY HEAVEN!!!!!! I go here every payday, day before paydays and after paydays. I just love buying good books, drinking coffees, checking out all the cool stuffs they got. I LITERALLY LIKE EVERYTHING!!! from candles, stationery, coffee cups, pens and pencils, journals, board games, art materials AND EVERYTHING :) I even like how they categorize everything and they even sell make-up! I mean have you ever been to a perfect bookstore?
VSCO® is an art and technology company empowering people everywhere to create, discover, and connect. Yep! that is a really good introduction so i'll just keep that in! I don't like photography that much, it doesn't love me back too! BUT I loooooooooove taking pictures! I take a lot of pictures! my camera roll could had more than 5000 images in it if I don't delete that often. Since I don't enjoy photography and my pictures look crap most of the times, I EDIT them! :) using VSCO! it actually has a specialized camera that you can play with, focus, lights and all the other adjustments you need so yep! thanks to that ! I get to have a good Instagram.
I was 8 years old when my mom decided to work in Singapore. For other kids, having a parent/s work overseas can be really tough and challenging because you miss them a lot and 𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘺 get to miss out on the things that happens in your life and the milestones as they call it... well, its been totally different to me. For 4 years, I get to visit my mom almost 2-3 times a year and get to spend a good 2 months too so yep, missed a lot of school! but its okay! I was on top of my game back then and managed to study and travel at the same time. I went to Malaysia, Indonesia, Japan and yes they were pretty good :) I'd give anything just to go back to SG.
I have been obsessed with this series since I was 15. Ever since then, I always feel the thrill of going to hospitals and taking a peek in the emergency rooms, hearing ambulances and I just really like how people get to save lives of other people and get credit for it. Its amazing how we can be capable of so many things and Grey's Anatomy has taught me a lot of things; also inspired me to never give up on anything that I do.
