This amazing place I have been to five times, and every time I still get so excited. The people are so friendly and all of the beaches, houses and restaurants you can go to are so adorable. It really makes you realize what you have and what you should be very grateful for. The last time that I went to Cuba with my mom, we bought and then brought all different kinds of personal hygiene products and we walked the streets of Cuba and gave little children things like toys, little note pads for them at home or at school. we gave crayons and markers. The looks on the kids or on the parents faces made me so warm inside!
This is my baby. Meet the vibe. This car has done wonders for me because I haven't crashed yet. I drive everywhere in my vibe and I usually do not have problems.
Because I want to be a nurse, and Grant Mac has a very good nursing program I decided to go there. It has everything I want in classes and has amazing reviews.
Kittens are so cute and friendly. When I try and sleep with toothless (my kitty) he will suck on my ear or put his paw on my face. so lets just say it is very hard to sleep with a kitten unless you're trying to be woken up every two seconds.
When I go to my dads, he has five quads and my family and I love going quadding all together. We pack snacks or lunches and we will just spend the whole day mudding or just quadding around the farm or in mudding trails.
I LOVE cliff jumping. Its a drop of thrill. My family and I went to BC and we spent a whole day jumping off cliffs. The highest I jumped that day was 53ft. There was a higher one but it took me half an hour to jump off the 53foot drop because of how terrified I was.
Grey's is the only reason I am passing science. This exciting and devastating Tv show has me at the edge of my bed every night. This show makes you want to become a surgeon or a nurse. The amount of times I have cried watching grey's is very pathetic, but I do not regret it.
Sports are a huge part of my life. When I am not at school I will be in the gym playing volleyball or basketball. I started playing volleyball two years ago when I saw my mom playing with her team and I decided that volleyball was something I was going to start doing and eventually get good at. For basketball I did not have an influence to start. I was in a gym class in grade 8 just messing around and taking a couple shots once in a while and the coach was my gym teacher at the time. I was trash, no shots went in, I had horrible form, but for some reason the coach pulled me aside, asked me to come to tryouts and I made the team. From then on I started focusing on basketball and started to realize that it was a lot of fun.
Bermuda is freakin' amazing. The pink sand, pink houses, steering wheel on the right side of the vehicle. Everything about Bermuda was beautiful and different. My favorite/weirdest thing I did in Bermuda was dig a big hole in the beach that my sisters and I all fit in and got buried in.
My whole life I have lived in a very small town that was very popular for their Ukrainian culture. Everything we did evolved around the culture. Because I could speak a little bit of Ukrainian my mom and dad decided it would be best if I were to attend Ukrainian classes. Grades one to six I was in the class and we did everything in Ukrainian ways, we would sing in Ukrainian, we would read in Ukrainian and we would eat Ukrainian food. On top of all the classes I was in Ukrainian dancing. It is intense, there is a lot of throwing around and partner work that all has to be in sink. I would spend three hours everyday practicing for competitions, because one tilted head or one bent arm could cost everyone in my dance group gold.
