I love archery. I have a recurve bow and I'm getting a compound bow. I do target shooting, bow fishing, and I bow hunt. The bow is silent so you can get multiple animals at a time, but you only have one shot to get it. If it isn't a critical shot then the animal runs wounded. I like to hit the heart or lungs when I bow hunt. The animal dies quicker and suffers less. I remember when we had to hunt for our food cause we didn't have enough money for groceries. the rabbits, squirrels, and odd deer we got along with the frozen wild berries and the vegtables from the garden were the only thing that kept us going. Bow fishing was always fun. You shoot fish from the boat and hand pull it in. It's great for big fish like pike and catfish.
I have always loved horses. This is a buckskin quarter horse, which is my favorite breed and color. I grew up on a farm, so I was around horses everyday. I used to do reigning, barrel racing, calf roping, bull dogging, and pole bending for fun. All the neighborhood kids with horses used to come to the farm and we held mini tournaments, with the only prize being bragging rights. Horses a gentle and playful. It's proven horse back riding is theraputic. Many horses are used for therapy reasons. Not all horses are gentle, like most stallions can't be trusted, mares are satanic when in heat, and ponies are evil all the way around. The general rule is the smaller the horse, the more issues you are gonna have.
I have always loved pitbulls. Their registered name is American Staffordshire Terrier. These dogs a playful, friendly, fast learners, and are pretty well mannered. They make great gaurd dogs, police dogs, service dogs, or even babysitters. Now I know what you are thinking, that I'm some insane woman who is trying to push that pits are not dangerous. The media only portrays pitbulls as agressive and unruly, but it's all on how the dog is raised. If it dosen't experience violence and is taught doundaries, then you will have a well balanced dog. I have recently addopted a pitbull doberman puppy. She is 3/4 pit and 1/4 doby.
The first year i wanted to play football i was told by a teacher at my junior high school that I couldn't play a boys team. I lost hope of playing football for Page. My dad made me watch the movie The Blind Side, and I got my motivation to play back. Michael had to go through so much as a kid and became the second best left tackle in the NFL, only second to Lawrence Taylor. He was such an inspiration to go after what I wanted, that I got in contact with the football coaches of the 2016 year, and joined the team. I played both 2016 & 2017 seasons at Page on defensive line. Michael has been my idol for the past 3 years, and i have to thank him and my coaches for keeping me going. Football saved me and kept me outta trouble, and i don't know where I would be today without it.
I love finding and designing new tattoo designs. This design is actually what I'm planning for my next tattoo. This is not my idea though. I love doing custom designs for people cause when they see their idea on paper they can see if they like it alot better. I find drawing tattoo designs relaxing, cause I just get to sit and draw and the drawing has a purpose. Also getting new tattoos is a pain you get addicted to. It stings rather than hurts but you find yourself planning your next tattoo with in a month.
My dad owns Top Notch Towing & Recovery. I am currently in training to be a tow truck driver and operator. I go out and work when ever I can. I love towing because you are constantly learning everyday, and you see new things all the time. In the towing industry you are on call 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. It is a hard job that requires a special breed, and we are dying out. In the towing industry we are one big family that has each others backs, no brother or sister will be without help if its needed. Towing is my life and i wouldn't trade it for anything.
