I've participated in the 2016 OC Half Marathon. I adore running, it's my passion. In order to complete this race, practice was a number 1 priority. Not just practicing but eating carbs and getting faster times on the 5k's and 10k's. The "small" races were in the ranges of 3-6 miles but with practice it seems like nothing. The half marathon was a tough race but I completed it in under 3 hours along with my group. Just waiting on many more races to complete.
I have always loved kayaking. I've been kayaking for over 3 years now. Its peaceful, stressed free, and the view is marvelous. I've competed races and of course me and my pals would come in 2nd or 3rd. It may not be first but hey its something! Kayaking is such a great experience make sure to add that to your bucket list!
