I chose this link as #1 on my list because .org indicates that this link is a trustworthy organisation, the article thoroughly explains what parents should be aware of when their teens don't get the daily recommended amount of sleep and the health risks attached to it if they don't.
UCLA is a group of researchers in the U.S. with a pretty trustworthy-like site, until i found in the link that is states the site as "not secure" this made me unsure of the site now because the information presented could or could not false. That is why I am stating this site as #4 on my list and as my last resource.
I chose This Link As #2 on my list because it tells the reader how sleep deprivation increases the likelihood teens to suffer from negative consequences, but the site is secure and .edu tells me that this is meant for education purposes so it should trustworthy.
WebMD explains the importance of adequate sleep for teens and provides important information, but i placed it as #3 on my list because .com indicates that the information can or cannot be trustworthy.
