This is Coach Saban. He is the coach of Alabama and has led his team to many Championships. He even won it in 2018 against Georgia. He has like a love-hate relationship with his players because he is tough on him but he knows they can handle it. He pushes his players to there full potential. When he pushes them, the players try hard and win.
This is an image of bad coaching. As one can see, the coach is yelling at his player. Coaches are supposed to be comforting towards there players and help them. They can still try to fix them with constructive criticism, but yelling is not the way. The player is not happy with the coach but coaches and players need chemistry.
Vince Lombardi was arguably the greatest coach of all time in any sport. What made him so great was the fact that 1) he knew what he was doing and 2) he was very good with his players. He knew all of his players and had a special bond with each and every one of them. This is what made him such a good coach
"Top tier coaches can be comprised of many personalities and can come from many places, but they all connect with their charges, they know how to make changes with them and they know how to get results. Bottom line, they get the work done." The best coaches care deeply about there players and people. They have high personal standards and ambitions. Lastly, they had a lot of self knowledge.
Being a good coach is actually very hard. It requires many valuable traits. Coaches need to get there players to believe in themselves and there teammates. They must be understanding for there players. Some coaches are considered good because they just have good players on there team.
