Beastly is a romantic book that turned into a beautiful movie. This makes this movie our favorite. A young boy being taught to love others for themselves. When reading the book I could picture the pain, but when turned into a motion picture it made the book even more visual. The directors chose the perfect actors for this, the movie brings so much emotion with their acting. Vanessa Hudges and Alex Pettyfer worked as a dynamic duo in this film. They acted so well on stage you would think they had been in a relationship offstage. Beastly is like no movie I've ever seen, because they show a love story that is not cheesy like most or unrealistic and that's what I like about it. Its not the typical I love you/hate you, breakup then makeup story. It's unpredictable and most definitely not boring you will enjoy watching this movie just as much as I do. It's also an exact replica of the book.
Warm bodies made our favorite book turned into a movie list because they captured the characters in the book so well. The two main actors Nicholas Hoult, and Teresa Palmer played their part very well. The directors went piece by piece on this book to make it perfect for the audience. This film brings you to reality with the perfect mix of emotions, Nicholas displays himself lifeless perfectly creating the zombie effect. Teresa took on the action role amazingly. Showing no mercy to the "zombies" she had to kill, all while showing her caring side and giving R (Nicholas) a chance to feel like a human again. There are millions of zombie movies out but this one made our favorites list because it has the perfect balance of love and action. Some movies have to much zombie making it seem unrealistic, or the effects are terrible with low quality. This movie has everything in the perfect increments.
This book/ film is about two cancer patients who are hopeless romantics. It's a classic favorite for us and most people because its a mature complex love story. It's also targeted towards our age group because they are teens deeply in love. Not only is this a great love story for my generation but its also is very unique. The directors did a great job with coming up with a story about cancer patients falling in love and trying to find happiness in their lives regardless of their illness and knowing that they might not make it through the night. It delivers a message to teens my age and gives us hope at finding love and happiness out of life no matter how bad we might think things are in it.
This movie is what you would call an action love film. But not just any love film it deals with two boys (Simon and Jace) being in love and Clary has to decide which one to choose. Should she be with Simon, who has been her bestfriend all her life, always by her side no matter what? Or will she choose Jace a handsome demon slayer who is half-angel and saves her life and is adventurous. We enjoy being able to guess throughout the movie who she will likely choose because one minute the director has you thinking its Simon and then next its Jace like a extensive mystery. And during all of this" love triangle" drama there is action and crime and demon killing involved which keeps my attention refreshed at all times.
Forest Gump has to be our top favorite movie turned into a book. Some movies miss key parts of what the book continued. When watching Forest Gump this is the best movie because they barely missed any details from the book. This movie will make you feel so many different emotions from excited when Jenny finally gave him Tom a chance, disappointing when his bestfriend Bubba died in the army, to hilarious when Bubba and Forest were out fishing for shrimp. Choosing Tom Hanks for such an epic film was grade A work on the directors part. There is no movie that puts so many topics into one making it the perfect movie of a whole life story, while keeping it all very interesting from beginning to end.
