The fidget cube was a popular trend late 2016, but after a few months the spinner caught on. Blowing up on YouTube and other popular websites such as Reddit kids and teens started bringing them to school. Teachers started disliking these toys because the students only seemed to be focused on the spinners and not class. Many schools across the U.S. have banned them, some schools actually like the spinners because some students use them what there meant for.
The fidget spinner, in the past year there has been an up rise in these “toys” undefined from their original purpose. They were made to help people with conditions such as, ADHD and autism. Created by Catherine A. Hettinger, in the summer of 1993 she started suffering from myasthenia gravis a disease that can weaken the muscles and basically make you fatigue. She couldn’t play with her daughter so she created the fidget to show that she can still play with her.
