The Maze Runner is about this kid that arrives in a "glade" in the middle of an arena called a "giant labyrinth". He soon learns that he is trapped in a giant maze with about 40-50 other people. After he meets everyone and gets to know everyone and everything around him in the arena he decides he wants to explore the maze and become a "Maze Runner" and wants to run the maze to find a way out. Compared with my theme good and evil and the movie "The Maze Runner" the main actor "Thomas" (Dylan O'Brien) and everyone else in the movie are trapped in a maze and there are people controlling whats happening inside the maze and are trying to see who can escape. The people are keeping them trapped and won't let them out so I guess I would say that the "People" or "Controllers" are the evil and the "Maze runners" are the good
In this Painting, it shows how the angel of light on the left is trying to comfort the demon on the right but the demon is resisting by trying to push the angle away because he's evil. In the image, it is showing how the demon is bad and the angle is good. I would think the angle is trying to bring him to the light. When trying to combine Light and Darkness, it's like combining two negatives.
In the song Good vs. Evil, Dillon is talking about how it's such a battle between good and evil. In the lyrics, Dillon says "The demons in your head deceive and pretend. They're your friend and your guide. They'll tear you down and follow you everywhere you go. There's no place left to hide. Good Vs. Evil and trials of life Will Take you for a ride" I believe he is really trying to say how hard it is dealing with wicked thoughts and how hard it is to escape. This reality of pain and grief doesn't go away and you have to learn to deal with it. But that is why there is the good in evil. The good helps balance everything out. It's always okay to feel sad for a day. It's okay to have your bad days but you also need to have your good days as well.
The poem "Good and Evil" by Mark Spencer is about the nature of good and evil. According to the article Good And Evil "The nature of good and evil is more than black and white. They are the darkness in our souls, likewise, they are the light." explaining how important good and evil actually is also how our world revolves around good and evil. In our world today good and evil are like oxygen and a pair of lungs they need each other in order to balance everything out. Good and evil form our center like roots of a tree.
In the essay Good and Evil, talk more about good people versus bad people. How the issue of good and bad people is bigger than we think it really is. According to the article, Good and Evil "Many of us may see the struggle between good and evil in the people we come across every day. We meet some who are good and others who are bad". This is saying how we meet new people every day and can tell almost instantly just off of the vibe they give off to one another. Also in the article was saying how "What if both good and evil exist in every person"? I completely agree with this saying how there is a little bit of good and bad in everyone. The only difference is some people let the evil overpower the good and that's what makes them "evil". vice versa. There is a lot of people out there that are bad but there are also a lot of good people out there. The only reason why people think there are so much hate and wickedness in our world is that when one person makes an act of evilness, it is put on the news or any kind of social network. The good happens every day and probably more than the bad. It just doesn't get around as fast. I think that it is why it is because evil actions are more entertaining than good. People just need to focus more on the good and we wouldn't have such a problem.
In the quote "We have all got both light and dark inside of us. What matters is the part we choose to act on" This quote relates to my theme, Good and Evil by saying how there is both light and darkness in all of us. Representing how people have good vibes and bad vibes that everyone gives off. Most of the time it can just depend on that persons mood. So if you get a bad feeling or vibe off of someone it doesn't always mean that they are a bad person. But if you keep getting that vibe more and more often then they could be a bad person or by the actions they choose. Even then I don't know if they are counted as a bad person because one-self can always change. Everyone makes mistakes. Like in the quote "What matters is the part we choose to act on" if you choose to act on more the dark/evil side then people will think you are a bad person. If you choose to act more on the light side then people will think you are a good person
