The Harlem Renaissance has affected American society through its African-American culture, art, and music. These artists and writers have contributed to American freedom and equality by desegregating society and exposing African-American racial struggles.
The influence of the Harlem Renaissance in America was brought through modern art. In their art they were able to express their feelings towards the country in which Harlem was able to give them that freedom. This art varied in different forms for example it came through, art, music, dance, and films. This affected the country in that now Americans now understood African American culture more and even mingle with them.
