Water seepage, infiltration, and volcanic streams all surprised me. Infiltration surprised me because i thought the rain had just been stored in the soil not really soaked and flows through the fertile soil to then be soaked by a river or make a watershed. The soil then starts to use seepage step to help infiltrating waters by evaporating into lakes atmosphere and body. I didn't know volcanoes helped by releasing the water that was soaked into the soil into the atmosphere.
A watershed is a part of the land that collects all water from the soil or from other areas with streaming water and then travels it to go to bigger body of water and goes through the soil.Pollution from pesticides on plants affect the water’s health. Animals use up the vegetation which keeps the water streams stable. Moving natural areas to create roads affects pollution on the water’s surface. Factories pollute the area by dumping waste and chemicals to the water and sewage.
