Emotions don't always come from the people around you. If you are clumsy like me, you always hurt yourself. When you hurt yourself you feel the pain and pain could either make you angry or sad. If you do something successful, you might feel happy or excited.
You might ask yourself "Where do emotions come from?" Well emotions come from the primary sources: motivation, communication, and self-validation. You can get these emotions from the people surrounding you. Since humans are social animals, these emotions could pass around with other humans.
Humans can feel emotions in many ways. We can feel emotions by pain which would be stepping on something or it could simply be a bad day for you. Emotions can come from anger or anxiety. Emotions are the way that our body reacts to the things we do every day. Humans react to emotions in many ways. When someone is nervous, their heart could be racing or not breath the proper way. When someone is sad, they might cry and want to be alone for a while.
Do you ever feel more than one emotion? Well, you might ask yourself "where do emotions really come from?" Emotions actually help us survive. Humans are not the only ones that have emotions. Animals also have emotions. When animals feel emotions they know to either hide for protection or hunt for food. Humans feel emotions in many ways.
