Before the age of five, a spartan boy is taught to be content with frugal food and discouraged of crying. "Tough Love" tactics were admired by the Spartans. At age 11, the spartan child will go through intense physical training that will shape them up.
Since spartans were mostly focused on war and loyalty, they must have had a lot of weapons. The spartans held their spears, and shield with two swords. But the most nasty weapon was a weapon called the Kopis, it was a hacking curved sword.
As a spartan, you would think work would only be hard as a kid, but no. When they are just born, they are checked if they are healthy and strong. If they are not healthy or strong. They will be killed. When the children are under 12 they start education work. After 12 they start to go and do physical training which is really intense preparing for war. After 20 they graduate from the physical training camp and become a full citizen.
Sparta is a War Society in Greece. It was founded around 410 BC after the pelocianians war. It ended around 371 BC by being defeated by the Thebes. The Spartans were mainly warriors and they focused on loyalty.
