Sarah J. Maas (Goodreads. “Empire of Storms (Throne of Glass, #5).” This book is about how the queen has returned... and she has been turned away by her people. Now she sets out to build her own army of assassins, comminers, pirates, and blockade runners. This book made it onto my top five because out of the entire series I believe this book to be the best. It has cool characters and brings up the queens past. It also takes the characters relationships to a new level.
Sarah J. Maas (Goodreads. “Queen of Shadows (Throne of Glass, #4). The queen has returned to Adarlan... and she is not happy. She has returned to destroy the king and free magic. This is another book that met my list because the book is very cool and exciting. It shows people long separated from each other reunited and that creates a really spectacular moment. I also think that the book is very well paced.
Sarah J. Maas (Goodreads. “Heir of Fire (Throne of Glass, #3).” In the third book in the Throne of Glass series, the heir of a former great kingdom has returned home... Drunk, battered, and broken. It is up to the warrior Rowan to lead her back to the light of the world. I chose to put this book on my list of top 5 because it is very interesting to read about a queen lost to the world and return with hell to pay. I like this book because you meet new characters throughout the story. I also like that not all of the characters that you meet are antagonists some are protagonists.
Sarah J. Maas (Goodreads. “Crown of Midnight'' (Throne of Glass, #2). In this book, the king's champion is undermining him secretly they cannot trust anyone. As an unexpected tragedy strikes the champion sets out for revenge, and few shall survive. This book made it onto my list because it is a jaw dropper. It has twists and turns in the plot and the character's relationships. It also has an end that will leave you reeling.
