When you live, every second counts; but when you throw all those seconds away and leave behind baggage that others have to grieve over while your not here. That is not worth having everyone who cares about you lose you to something other than happiness. Live every second with the knowledge what can happen in that next second how it can change your life.
If you never try tomatoes, how will you ever know if you like them? If you never live life how will you be able to experience to love it? How can one never try something and swear they hate it. How can one say they understand, if they have never been in your 6.5 woman sized shoes? They don't truly know and in order to over come adversaries you must trust yourself and learn how to love yourself. If you can't learn and accept those two things you will have a "non-simplisit abundant" life.
Sometimes we carve a life abundant with simplicity, and many judge on that factor. In life almost everyone will crave some sort of simplicity and we will go through hardships, it just depends how we handle it that it may come back and bite us. Yet again searching and striving for a simpler life only means you are on a journey to finding your self. Just like Vinnie from the short story "The Ravine" he is still finding himself; but he has to go through some hardships in order to really get a feel of who he wants to be/become.
Many may jump to the conclusion that they are depressed or suicidal because they have no will to live. That statement is wrong in several ways. Why does someone become sad, is it your past? Is it your "friends"? Is it how envious you are of others? Why? Is the biggest question yet can it be that you strive for happiness and are oblivious to the toxic people surrounding you; or could it be that you don't feel excepted? You can change your environment its up to you who and what you live by and or near. It may not be a mansion, but something much much greater; it's simply HAPPINESS.
Living life you will crave love, at least most of us. And to pretend to be someone your not is only going to make it harder. You should be yourself, let people know that's what you want. Let people ridicule you for finding yourself let people think what they want. How may that hurt you, phisically? Emotionally, maybe but knowing who you are and doing what you love will give you confidence instead or fear towards trying to be conformed.
Life can be difficult but the more you hope for the future the less you think about the past. The past may influence how you are, but not who you can become. There are so many opportunities and by sealing your self off from the world will give you hardly and to complete what you love. The past can't be changed or removed all you can do is determine how you want your future to be, and do your best to accomplish it.
