I read the Harry Potter series in different formats over a span pf a few years. I read the first 3 on audio, the 4th in regular print, the 5th in Braille and the others on bookshare. My facebook newsfeed overflows with HP fan pages and other related posts, and I own a variety of Harry Potter merchandise. I often like to look in Hot Topic for new items.
I love my pets. I have a dog, a Pomeranian named Annie, a bird (a sun conure named Merry), some fish, and four chickens (Henny Penny, Zodiac, Popcorn, and Ginger.)
I've always been into writing stories, and in August 2015 a friend introduced me to a RP site she roleplayed on. I really liked it because it was writing a story using one or a few characters, while a partner or group members write the other parts of the stories using there one or few characters. I've been actively into it since then and have joined a few other sites, the most active being hexrpg.com rpnation.com and roleplay.me
The first year hhat I lived in Colorado, I went skiing for the first time with Foresight Ski Guides. For the first couple years, I went to Vail with the rest of the visually impaired students in the district. After that, I continued going to Vail, but I also got experience between trips with Ignite in Eldorra, and once with NSCD in Winter Park, and once skiing in A-Basin with my mom as my guide. I love skiing, and can ski a green-blue slope. I mostly stick to green though.
I don't remember when I first got intl Martial Arts, but it was Judo at the Braille Institute in California. I really enjoyed it and it was a great outlet. I got my yellow belt the day before I left for Colorado. I got into Karate in 7th grade with my friend. I got a stripe on my white belt before I left. When I moved to Colorado, I got into Taekwondo. I started August 2013, and got my black belt.
My 8th grade graduation present from my parents was my first tsndem bicycle. It was a KHS. My mom already had a bike and rode long distances, and soon enough we were riding together. I love tandem cycling. So far, we have ridden 62.5 miles (a metric century) on our Comotion Pzdascope. This year, my mom and I are on he advertisement for the Tour de Cure for Diabetes, which we rode last year. My mom and I plan on doing a century ride at some point.
