Minda is the founder of The Memo LLC, a career development company for women of color. In 2016, nominated as a Change Maker at The White House State of Women Summit. Minda established an Endowed Scholarship for Women of Color at Western Illinois University in 2017. She serves as a mentor at General Assembly in New York City and alumni of The Points of Light Civic Accelerator. Recently, Minda signed a book deal with Seal Press, part of The Hachette Book Group to write a Career Book for Women of Color; to debut in Spring 2019.
