Love football. Grew up watching Staubach, Montana and Bradshaw. My favorite lunch box had all the teams from the NFL and AFL (yes, I am old).
I have overcome some pretty difficult obstacles that took me down some dark roads. This song reflects the hope I always found at the end of the journey.
Why I admire her: Harriet Tubman (c. 1820 to March 10, 1913) escaped slavery on her own in 1849. Tubman risked her life to lead hundreds of other slaves to freeedom. Southern slave holders put out a bounty on her head for $40,000 at first, then increased it to $50,000. Nothing deterred her. She has an amazing, selfless story full of courage that let's us know we can do hard things, have bad things happen, and still be humble and kind.
Bucket List: Must Own a Sinclair Dino statue. I want to put it in my backyard with a saddle and dress it for holidays. I have no idea why. It is a burning obsession.
