Racing is one of my biggest passions. I've always dreamed of one-day racing for IndyCar. I started watching it when I was only about 3 or 4. Now I got to tracks whenever I can to race. My age and or my experience won't let me into one of those cars yet. But I always go kart racing with friends down at Mb2 Raceway. Racing is something I'm both good at, and something that I love to do. It's such a rush, competing at high speeds. I love having the power behind the wheel of the car because I can let loose and do my own thing. In fact, in all my 5 years of racing, I've never got less than 2nd place. Not one 3rd place my whole life.
I've been obsessed with drumming ever since I could walk. I always thought it was cool that you could make music by banging stuff. I started watching videos with my dad, watching online lessons, and even bringing home chopsticks to pretend they were drumsticks. One day, my dad brought home a pair of drumsticks and I was absolutely thrilled. I would play songs on my little blue radio and hit the armrests on the couch since I didn't have a drum set. Another reason that I always loved drumming is that you can experience the tempo and flow of all different kinds of music. I eventually got a little starter kit and started drumming almost every day. 3 years later I now have a pearl export professional kit and I still keep those two drumsticks that started it all.
Soccer has been one of my favorite sports ever since I was a toddler. I saw a game on TV at the age of 4 and immediately loved it. That's when I first signed up and I played for years. Eventually, I got into a Real So Cal team and started playing better. I quit at the age of 9 after 4 years. It was enough for me. I have just played for fun ever since during school, at my house, and even randomly with friends. I play soccer whenever I can and I'm even considering signing up again. I still love it so there is a chance that that might happen. Overall, soccer has been a big part of my life and it is one of my favorite sports ever.
The reason I chose freerunning or parkour is that it lets me get all my energy out while experiencing amazing movements. Everybody thinks it cool when they see someone randomly do a flip. This is what freerunning lets me do with ease. I can feel the flow of cool lines, I have learned to do new tricks, and it's even helped me get over my fears. I'm not afraid of back flips or being upside down anymore. Overall parkour and freerunning is a really fun hobby that is beneficial in all types of ways.
Mongolian beef is a Chinese food that I started obsessing over since I was 7. It is usually served with vegetables and or rice. With a sauce that I still don't know on it, it becomes perfection. The first place I tried this was at P.F. Changs. At first, I didn't know what the heck my mom said when Mongolian beef came out of her mouth, but once I tried it, I loved it. Every time I've been to P.F. Changs since then, I've ordered a perfect plate of Mongolian beef.
