The DAT Proof of Concept done within CTRi was a truly agile exercise, with 15 iterations in 5 weeks. It is widely seen as one of the most promising approaches to master highly demanding and changing environments. Link is to the video made with the CTRI project leadership and the slide deck used.

As PDEx engages in transformational work across PD and Roche, our attention to existing culture/mindset can be used to promote the design and implementation of new ways of working, or recognize what changes in culture must be integrated in the strategic projects.
