February 2018

Relief Society helps prepare women for the blessings of eternal life as they:

Increase faith in Heavenly Father and Jesus Christ and His Atonement;

Strengthen individuals, families, and homes through ordinances and covenants;

and Work in unity to help those in need.

Message from President Russell M. Nelson

Keep on the covenant path.”

 “Your commitment to follow the Savior by making covenants with Him and then keeping those covenants will open the door to every spiritual blessing and privilege available to men, women, and children everywhere.”

Message from Relief Society President Suellen Moser

We were all a little saddened on January 2nd, when we heard the news about the death of our dear beloved prophet, Thomas S. Monson. His example of goodness and kindness to all will forever remain in our hearts and minds.

"Fear not. Be of good cheer. The future is as bright as your faith." —President Thomas S. Monson

For those of you who have been available to attend Relief Society on Sundays, I truly hope you are enjoying the church's new format for lesson presentation. We as a Relief Society Presidency, are doing our very best to ensure you will have a spiritual learning experience. This way of teaching is new to all of us, and we will be taking the time to look at what appears to be working, and ways we can improve on future lessons. A great big thank you to all the teachers for being flexible, teachable, and for doing such a great job. The lesson updates on the Relief Society Facebook page should be helpful each week, as we study and prepare ourselves to come and share our thoughts as they pertain to the lesson each Sunday.
