This source talks about the process of when the first Atomic Bomb was thought of being made and what the different events during the process happened. It also tells us how the U.S. used those Bombs to defeat the Russians and a bunch of other allies that the country had. This source would be the last source I would read since it only talks about who thought about the idea to make the bombs. What I need is information about how the bomb was made not who thought about it even though this source is still helpful since it also tells us how the bombs were used against other countries during wars and how the U.S. won against Russia and its allies.
This source explains what Nuclear Energy is, explains what nuclear fusion is and what Nuclear fission is. It also talks about how the nuclear explosions occur and the uses of the nuclear energy around the world. I would read this first because the first thing I need to know about my topic is what the Bombs are how they are made and what they can do. This source is very important because it provides me with all the information I need to know first by talking about the amount of power the bombs contain, how it is made and the uses of it such as generating electricity for 20% of the U.S., creating steam from water, powering electric generators ect.
The Source talks about the damages that could be caused if the atomic bombs hit our cities and it also talks about the damages that were caused by the previous bombs that fell on Hiroshima such as the "Little Boy" bomb and the "Fat Man Bomb''. I'd read this source 2nd because the first thing I need to know about my topic is what Atomic Bombs are, not what they do but it is still a very important part of my topic. It's important because I also need to know what harm the bomb can do and how dangerous it is and this source helps me learn that by telling me the damages caused by the bombs from previous Wars and what could happen if the bombs hit our city.
