I am raising money and donations. The proceeds will go to L.I.F.E. animal rescue. I have had dogs for as long as I can remember. A year ago my dog went blind in both eyes and it was hard for him to adjust. I’d always loved animals however this made me think. My dog lives in a good home with a family and is lucky that he does and we will help him through his complication. However some animals don’t have homes. Or they have abusive ones. That made me look into charities and I found L.I.F.E. L.I.F.E was started in 1992 and since then has saved over six thousand animals suffering from cruelty and homelessness. They have already saved countless lives here in America; however, they are now expanding. L.I.F.E. even goes to Thailand and China to help save dogs from the heinous meat trade. I am collecting some items as well as money. I will be collecting new collars or leashes, gently used beach towels and blankets, and unused PetSmart gift cards. These are all items that animals will need to help keep them comfortable and safe. My goal is to raise 1,500 dollars for my cause. Currently I have received many donations and raised 1,285 dollars for my cause from friends and family. The money I have raised is already sending five dogs from The Yulin festival in China here to America. They arrived in Los Angeles at the end of August. Hopefully they will find a happy home. If you are interested in adopting them they will be at the PetSmart in Westlake Village on Saturdays in September. While this project has saved five lives so far there are so many more in need.
I've always loved USC and go to as many football games in the past. I've gone to the Colosseum to see them play. I've also gone to Texas and will be going to Chicago to watch the Trojans take the field. People talk to me a lot about why my team isn't the best. Only Bruin fans do this. However, all I have to say is how many championships have you won or how many Hiesmans and to that, they never have an answer.
