People who can live under sancutary cities cant call the police to report a crime because once the police show up they will ask informatoin about them and they won't have any docuentaton and will be deported. Sancutary cities can help those people be able to report a crime without being arrested and deported.“We support the rule of law. We support the bill. The bill gives us the consistency that that citizenry demands” said Louderback the legislative director of the Sheriffs’ Association of Texas. The law/bill wont allow sherffs to ask about any immigration topics with the people who report the crimes to pervent deportation.
