I placed this on #1 on my list because this file has a lot of factand ways on how to have a good sleep schedule and a good sleep. It also teaches us simple things could make a big difference.
I chose this to be #2 because this takes a look on how me teenagers get a lack of sleep because of the hobbeys we do and how much homework we do. This also tells us what time each person sleeps and how late they sleep.
i chose this to be #3 because this actually recorded a school on students and how much they sleep. This gives us a idea on what we should do to have a better sleep.
I chose this to be #4 because it basically talks about how school starts so early when we need more time to sleep and have enough energy to do things at school.
I chose this to be #5 because all thought it has detail on explaining how sleep is a good thing but it doesn't give enough.
Last but not least #6. I chose this to be last because this talks about alot of facts but doesn't give enough detail on what sleep issue it gives teenagers
