Gretchen Wilson's - Redneck Woman. Is a song about women who doesn't care if they get dirty and don't go to wine tasting. Women who drink beer and hard liquor. I am one of those women who can get dirty who can drink beer with the boys. Go mudding without wanting to stay clean, working on a truck changing oil rotating tires the whole thing I dong mind getting dirty.
Neal McCoy - The Shake. Is a song that my mom used to always play when I was younger. Once her kids grew up she stopped playing it. Since I play my music in her truck I will play her oldies for her and she will turn the music all the way up and do her old lady dance. If she knew how to work the aux cord and play music she would. But that's why she has me.
Danielle Bradbery - Friend Zone. What this songs means to me is that so many of my guy friends try to get out of the friend zone and date me. That's when I stop talking and no hanging out with them. After that, is when they know they have messed up by losing another friend by doing that.
Brantley Gilbert Bottoms Up ft. TI Official Remix. This is a song about getting the boys together and having fun. Getting down and dirty going mudding and drinking beer.
Cole Swindell and Dierks Bentley Flatliner -- This a very upbeat song where it talks about a girl being a flat liner, now we all know that I am no flat liner but I have been known to hurt people when they do something to make me mad or they deserve it. I've been known to drop people on to the floor and or ground and pin them, known to put people into a choke hold and among other things. If I had to I could probably flat line someone.
Used to Love You Sober - Kane Brown I would use to listen to this song after my first break up with the abusive person I would have people get me things to take the pain away. Lucky I had someone there for me to comfort me and want to hang out so I wasn't at home thinking what I could have done to myself. If I was to every go that low again and take him back I think I would have to drunk or something to ever want to go back to that.
Taylor Ray Holbrook -- "These Hands" was made for domestic abusive against women. In the song his lyrics are "these hands are made to hold you". From knowing what it is like to be in a relationship with an abusive person this song really hits home hard. From the first time I heard it I've been hooked. The way that he make his songs into something that other people can relate to is something that I think every artist should do.
Martina McBride song on Concrete Angel is a song that I have listen to since I was a little girl. This song has such a powerful message behind it. It was towards a little girl who had an abusive mother, who wanted to end her life. Towards the end of the song the lyrics go "through the wind and rain she stands hard as a stone" which means the tomb stone doesn't move. In the song the little girl meet a boy while standing looking out her window and I'm assuming that was the one who told someone what was going on at home.
