1. Avoid processed foods and artificial sweeteners. Become familiar with the names of these ingredients (i.e. high fructose corn syrup, aspartame, etc.) 2. Eat seasonally. By doing so, you'll get the most nutrients from your food because it's at its freshest point. 3. Meal plan. Plan your meals every week. Sit down for an hour or so each week and plan out your meals. This helps you stay on track and avoid having to come up with quick, possibly unhealthy meal options. 4.Go outside. Get some natural Vitamin D. This will boost your energy and your immune system!
1. Have empathy. 2. Know yourself. 3. Do not judge. 4. Let go of expectations. 5. Always pick up as though no time has passed.
1. Come to class and pay attention. 2. Begin studying for an exam a week in advance. 3. Don´t check your watch at all during class. 4. Know your professors’ office hours and take advantage of them.
I love animals. I used to have three dogs back in Nashville. I had a begal named crackle, a Great Dane named Abby, and a mix mutt named ginger. I also want to start volunteering at the animal shelter to help out.
I love to read, sometimes more than tv honestly. I don really have a genre I just like books that interest me. Not only do I love to read and draw, I like to write little stories sometimes. I want to be a writer and/or a spoken poet when I´m older.
I love to draw. My dad and his sister and their dad all draw and they are really good at it. I get the drawing gene from them. I look off of references and kinda make my own version of it.
I want to stop water and air pollution. If air pollution continues, then we will have no more air to breathe, and the pollution will damage the ozone layer, causing more sun rays to come down and a lot of people could die from radiation poisoning. Water pollution will cause lots of organisms to become endangered, even extinct. With no fresh water, plants will die and stop producing the oxygen that we need and we will be out of water.
Horses are my favorite animal and I love to ride them. I´ve always wanted to take lessons but I never could. When my mom was growing up she worked Peachtree farm down the road from her house in exchange for lessons, so horses have always been a part of the family.
I´m very fast and love to run. I´ve done three or four races already and plan to do a lot more in the future. My dad has done many races so we run together to help him train for them. I would always race him or my mom or my sisters. I only won against my mom and sisters though.
I am very good at cooking and baking. I do it all the time for events, or just for my family. Every time I would go to my grandmothers I would always make the dessert, and we made a lot. Sometimes I would make dinner too. I know how to make almost anything.
