This brutal and thrilling story of katness everdeen in a society that picks two people from a district each year to compete in the hunger games. Only one male and one female and they have to fight for their lives in a arena that has special uses to it. This movie made the list not only because of its great first movie but also its amazing books. There where more then just one book the series had progressed and been so successful there had been a movie made for each one. But the sequels to the movie could have been much better that's why this movie didn't make the top of the list.
The outsiders made this list where it did because it had a great book but i felt that the movie could have done much better. the story had key facts and event that where left out in the movie which hindered from the movie being at its top potential. this book about a teen gang in rural Oklahoma, the Greasers are perpetually at odds with the Socials, a rival group. the movie had high hope to lead up to the readers expectations but although the movie didn't it was still good enough to be show in many classes across the nation.
This book is about a society that has had emotions and pain taken away and given to one person who inherits everyone's emotions. the book hyped up the movie to the point where the movie couldn't meet the high expectations that the book had set for it. This book was an amazing masterpiece and is use at many middle schools all around the world. The had an astounding plot and a story that took the audience by storm and becoming one of the best books ever made. The movie on the other hand had been a downfall compared to the book. the movie made from this book had made it low on the list because of its failure to create a movie on the same caliber as the book.
Harry Potter's (Daniel Radcliffe) third year at Hogwarts starts off badly when he learns deranged killer Sirius Black (Gary Oldman) has escaped from Azkaban prison and is bent on murdering the teenage wizard. A young man from Minnesota, moves to New York in the summer of 1922 to learn about the bond business. He rents a house in the West Egg district of Long Island, a wealthy but unfashionable area populated by the new rich, a group who have made their fortunes too recently to have established social connections and who are prone to garish displays of wealth. This movie was able to make the list because of not only the role being played by leonardo dicaprio it was also based off of a thrilling and real story from 1922. This book is a great stepping stone for a child's life and is almost like a must read. personally i feel as though the movie could have been a little better but it was able to meet most of the reader hopes first by keeping the story line the same and being able to transfer it into movie form with ease.
