Plaudits and poetical waxing are all over the place this morning after Bubba Watson's return to the winner's circle. And while his detractors had largely written the Floridian and his Bubba Golf off during his two-year winless drought, it's important to remember Watson, who dropped more than 50 pounds, was dealing with an undisclosed illness. So, while it was tempting to write him off as a "head case," that was always irresponsible and ignorant of the facts. Love him or hate him, it's fun to watch Gerry Lester Watson move the golf ball.
