Kris Gunnars, the author of this article really seems to disagree with vegan diets. He does not like anything about them as you can tell by the title. He doesn't believe there is anything beneficial about them , and you know this when he states"Our bodies are perfectly capable of digesting, absorbing and making full use of the many beneficial nutrients found in animal foods. This article explains all about how veganism helps with your health in many manners.The author seems to feel that it is better for you, you know this when he states "people who are vegan are at lower risk for many conditions, including heart disease, certain cancers, diabetes, obesity, high blood pressure, gall stones and kidney stones".
