Partly Cloudy is the story about a cloud who's job is to create creatures for their stork companions to deliver. However, thist particular cloud creates more dangerous, less cute and cuddly creatures. This touching short film symbolizes the importance of not judging others. Even if this cloud did things differently, his stork companion still accepted him.
A lot of judgement and criticism towards people results in not understanding. Like the quote says, "Before you judge, understand why." In "Walk this Way", no one understood why the girl didn't bop and why she walked. It is important to not judge, especially if you don't know the facts on what you are judging.
The importance of learning to not judge others and accept differences can be illustrated in this poem. We can't change people no matter how hard we try. But, if we learn to not try to change others we can learn a lot and be affected in very positive ways. The poem said, " There's various things, to be learned, from one another, which of course, is a positive fact." In other words, we can learn so much if we just look past how people are different.
In the short story "Walk this Way" everyone looked down on the main love interest because she didn't "bop". Everyone thought she was odd, which resulted in them never getting to know the amazing thing she could do. Judging others just because they are different takes away from your chance to learn about and understand about things.
"Who Say's" by Selena Gomez represents the theme of learning to accept others differences and understand that they are good. Everyone is perfect in their own ways no matter how they looked, act or speak. One section of this song I really love says, "It's like a work of art That never gets to see the light. Keep you beneath the stars. Won't let you touch the sky" How other people live is a work of art, and judging makes it impossible to ever see it.
A possible theme of "Walk this Way" was learning to accept others differences and understand that they are good. Everyone has unique quirks and choose to do things differently. Instead of seeing those as something negative, you should look for the good or the "gold" in them.
