No. Stalin was not a savior of USSR as Stalin only cared for money and whether its people pledge loyalty to him. He does not care about its people as he would make its people suffer and get killed under his rule. His rule brought so many deaths and loss of lives but at the same time help the USSR gain economically. Although the country was able to move forward, Stalin's rule was not all that great as it made the people live in fear. The well being of the people is not being cared for or guaranteed.
