Alberta Boot Company has been delivering comfort, style and quality for over 40 years

Founded by Clem Gerwing in 1978, Alberta Boot is now helmed by his grandson Ben Gerwing and remains Calgarians’ go-to for western-style boots.

With more than 5,000 boots in stock and the ability to create custom styles and fits, Alberta Boot literally has a boot to fit every foot and every sense of style.

“The biggest misconception with cowboy boots is that they’re uncomfortable,” Gerwing says. “That’s usually coming from someone who either has purchased a boot that doesn’t fit properly or are not well made. We offer a wide variety of widths that most companies don’t offer — any foot that comes through the door we can size up properly.”
