Volunteer to be active in your community. To be a good citizen you should always follow the rules. You could get in trouble. You have to be nice to your neighbors. You can help shovel the snow in their driveway. Always tell the truth. A grown up might get mad or your friend could get hurt if you lie. You can keep your community nice by planting pretty flowers and trees or picking up the garbage on the ground. I like to help!

My community has a farmer's market and it is nice to buy vegetables there so that nothing gets sprayed on my favorite vegetable, tomatoes. It is not good to waste water. We need clean water and we don't want to run out of water.

I should always listen to the adult in charge. If I am in trouble get an adult. I should always be respectful.
