I chose this article because I thought it was quite interesting, and it explains not just our physical changes, but our mental changes as well.

They then give out ideas about how we could we expand our lifespan if either theory was right. They then also begin discussing mitochondria, and answering if it makes you age or not. I chose this website because I liked how they discussed different theories as if they were all true and provided ways to expand their lifespan in every situation.
